I Issue 7F AUDITORIUM IS OFF LIMITS TO PUBLIC The Hyde County Memorial Auditorium has had yet another setback in the reconstruction process. While looking for Auditorium custodian, Tom Durfee, on Thursday night Barbara Nemec of Holabird was informed that the structual engineers hired to evaluate the soundness of the nearly 50 year old building have discovered that the building is aging and needs to be redone or we could have a repeat of the previous collapse. There is a tentitive rescheduling of the performance of her play "A Good Land" because of the possible delay this project will cause. The project will take another two weeks at least on top of the floor maintenance of three weeks. NOT JERRY HINKLE'S WEEK On top of all the the other troubles he's had, which have been reported in the previous edition of The Holabird Advocate, he's had more. Car trouble had left him to borrow his mother's car to go to a rehersal for "A Good Land", that was cut short because of the problems with the Aud. One of the scenes that were rehersed was his scene. And it was mentioned pretty much unanimously that he has done better. his dresser was a casulty of the bedroom project. It has, as the song says "bit the dust". He still has the drawers from said dresser they are stacked up on top of one another and will be so until other araingments can be made. As if that wasn't enough, it's been reported that his favorite "Oldies Station" on the radio is going from "The hits of the 50s, 60s and 70s" to "The hits of the 80's, 90s and Today". This from a guy who, when he heard of the Pet Shop Boys' reunion tour, he cryed "What've I, what've I, what've I done to deserve this". Let's hope next week gets better. LET'S GO TO THE VIDEO TAPE by Buster Brock By golly, That Angelina Jolie is something else isn't she. Not in "Tomb Raider". After seeing that stinker I believe she owes this reviewer $3. Of course it wasn't all her fault. I remember all the talk about Angelina's-well-her torso and how it was the only reason the fellas see this flick. Well this movie, and her torso, did nothing for me. the movie was boring, and the plot was way too hard to follow. If you see this turkey at the video store or the Stop-n-Rob look at the cover if you must, but walk away. That is, of course, unless you have trouble sleeping at night. Yes, it is that boring. Angelina's fake english accent is tedious to listen to. However,the fellow who played her butler was entertaining. Watch out for him. He's gonna be a star in his own right in the near future.
