I Issue 6I GROUND SOAKS UP RECENT RAINS Despite recieving nearly an inch of rain over the last week,the drought continues on the Ponderosa and the rest of the region.Darrel Hinkle is planning to have a water line built.The dams and dugouts are so dry that there isn't even a mud bottum left in there.Some of the area ranchers are building temporary water lines hoping to put off selling cattle in a flooded market place. PROGRESS REPORT FOR "OPERATION: GO POSTAL" The progress of "Operation:Go Postal" is as follows:().Inside those brackets is the amount of progress made one week after launching this project. Kind of almost looks like a zero.Well, I guess that means zero progress was made. BIG SALE AT KRISTI'S GREENHOUSE Everything at Kristi's Greenhouse is half off. ICE CREAM ORDERED FOR Y1C A very hot and possibly hungry E.E."The Good Humor Man" Hinkle has ordered 10 gallons of vanilla ice cream for the Y1C celebration.This is on top of the ice cream on hand already. Will they even need cake? E.E also bought two 24 oz.bottles of choco sauce.Strawberries are being watered in the garden as of now.If you're coming over for Y1C, better bring a spoon,and an appetite.
