All of us here at the Holabird Advocate have been in a perpetual state of readiness for the future blizzard known as Winter Storm Ida Lee since hearing it will strike Tuesday night! The latest forecast tells us that it will arrive tonight and tomorrow, but only bring about 3 inches of snow with it. According to KDLT there is snow to the west of us, which might be part of the winter storm Q that The Weather Channel keeps talking about. If it is, we don't care!

It's been reported on the Facebook Page "Save the Forest Theatre" that tomorrow evening the Ice cream Parlor, Scoopy Doos, will donate all tips from 4-6 pm. If anyone participates in this effort email photos and any pertinent info and we'll publish it right here on the Front Page. Also, if anyone decides to go to Taco Jerry's for Taco Tuesday, the same offer applies! As it happens, our Publisher has a birthday coming up. A working holiday complete with a tour of Forest City may be in order!
