Also Donna Kennedy was not elected Mayor of Upton, Wyoming. The Associated Press has reported that John Kerry called President Bush to concede the White House race. The conversation lasted less than five minutes. It was reported that Kerry told W that the country was too divided, and that Bush agreed with him on that.
